Aim of the course

It will enable these staff to understand the basic principles of food safety to help them carry out their tasks more safely and to recognize food safety hazards.

Assessment Criteria

20 multiple choice questions on a 20 minute timer. The pass mark is 15/20 (75%). Remember, there’s no limit on re-takes.
